Dr. Amy Cooper Hakim, Principal Consultant
Amy Cooper Hakim is an industrial-organizational psychology practitioner. She holds a Ph.D. in the field and is the principal consultant at The Cooper Strategic Group. She helps employees and employers to get along better, and coaches leaders and employees to improve productivity, morale, satisfaction, and overall work-life balance. Dr. Hakim also has over twelve years of online teaching experience in business, management, leadership, and psychology courses. She and her husband reside in South Florida and are the proud parents of three children.
